All written enquiries submitted via the form or directly by email are reviewed and acknowledged within two working days. Lot record requests for specific batches may require an additional verification step before documentation is released.
Select "Lot Record Request" from the subject dropdown above and include the product name and the batch code printed on the container. The Toravel documentation team will retrieve and forward the relevant certificate of composition within three working days.
The Warsaw office at ul. Zlota 38 handles correspondence and administrative functions. In-person visits are welcome during office hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00) but we recommend confirming availability by telephone or email beforehand to ensure the appropriate team member is present.
For product specification enquiries, please name the product and specify which aspect of the composition you are asking about — elemental profile, ingredient ratios, capsule shell composition, granulation notes, or supplier locale. This allows the team to route your enquiry to the correct archive without delay.
